What makes a good photo?
One photo, faces clear and in focus, in good light. Whole bodies in frame if you can. Phone photos are fine.
What if my photo doesn't work?
We'll email you within 24 hours, before we begin, and making starts when a new photo arrives. No new photo within 14 days of our email? We'll cancel and refund you in full.
How long until it arrives? Will it make Christmas?
Each charm is made to order, then ships with tracking. Order by Nov 20 for Christmas delivery. After that, we'll email you a printable card to give on the day, and your piece will follow.
How do I care for it?
Keep it dry, away from water, perfume and lotion. Silver Plated and 18K Gold Plated are plated brass, so they last longest kept dry. 925 Sterling Silver is silver all the way through. If it darkens a little, a soft cloth brings it back.
Why doesn't it have a loop?
It's made to be kept, not worn: in its velvet pouch, a pocket, a wallet or by the bed. Want one to wear? Our charm bracelets and necklaces have a loop.
