Wir schreiben Ihnen innerhalb von 24 Stunden eine E-Mail, bevor wir beginnen. Die Bearbeitung startet, sobald ein neues Foto eingeht. Kein neues Foto innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach unserer E-Mail? Wir stornieren und erstatten Ihnen den vollen Betrag.

Wie lange dauert es, bis es ankommt? Wird es bis Weihnachten da sein?

Jeder Charm wird auf Bestellung gefertigt und anschließend mit Sendungsverfolgung verschickt. Bestellen Sie bis zum 20. November, damit Ihr Geschenk rechtzeitig zu Weihnachten ankommt. Danach schicken wir Ihnen per E-Mail eine Karte zum Ausdrucken, die Sie am Festtag überreichen können, und Ihr persönliches Geschenk wird im Anschluss geliefert.

Wie pflege ich sie?

Nehmen Sie es zum Schwimmen oder Duschen ab und halten Sie es von Parfüm und Lotion fern. Versilberte und 18K vergoldete Schmuckstücke bestehen aus vergoldetem Messing und halten am längsten, wenn sie trocken bleiben. 925er Sterlingsilber ist durchgehend aus Silber. Wenn es etwas nachdunkelt, lässt es sich mit einem weichen Tuch wieder aufhellen.
