- One charm on a black polyester cord necklace with a sliding knot. Chain not included: the Necklace Chain is sold separately.

- Made from your photo: we shape the charm to look like yours. One metal, no color: it's their shape we follow.

- Silver Plated and 18K Gold Plated are plating over brass. The vermeil tiers are gold over 925 sterling silver. Only 10K Solid Gold is solid gold.

What makes a good photo?
One photo, faces clear and in focus, in good light. Whole bodies in frame if you can. Phone photos are fine.
What if my photo doesn't work?
We'll email you within 24 hours, before we begin, and making starts when a new photo arrives. No new photo within 14 days of our email? We'll cancel and refund you in full.
How long until it arrives? Will it make Christmas?
Each charm is made to order, then ships with tracking. Order by Nov 20 for Christmas delivery. After that, we'll email you a printable card to give on the day, and your piece will follow.
How do I care for it?
Take it off to swim or shower, and keep perfume and lotion away. Silver Plated and 18K Gold Plated are plated brass, so they last longest kept dry. 925 Sterling Silver is silver all the way through. If it darkens a little, a soft cloth brings it back.
How do I wear it?
On its black polyester cord. Slide the knot to wear the charm higher or lower. Prefer a chain? The Necklace Chain is sold separately.
