What makes a good photo?
One photo with everyone in it, faces clear and in focus, in good light. People, pets, or both. Our AI draws from what the photo shows, so hair, glasses, and clothes colors come from it too. Any background works. Phone photos are fine.
Which size should I choose?
The more faces, the bigger the size. The 4 in (10.2 cm) is best for a few faces. The 4.7 in (12 cm) gives a family more room. The 5.5 in (14 cm) has the most room, for the whole family. All three are 0.12 in (3 mm) thick.
How do the names work?
Type them left to right, as everyone appears in your photo, pets too, with commas between. For example: James, Lily, Max, Emma. Up to 40 characters in all. We print them as you type them, so check the spelling. The first look shows the characters without names. Our team sets each name under its character on your ornament. Names are optional: leave the field blank for none.
What is it made of?
Clear acrylic, 0.12 in (3 mm) thick, laser-cut to the outline of the design. It's printed in full color on one side with a 3D look: the characters, the snow, and the gingerbread numerals are all printed, and the ornament itself is flat. It arrives with a protective film to peel off.
How are the characters made? Will I see them first?
Our AI draws each person and pet as a cartoon character from your photo, working from what it can see: hair, glasses, clothes colors, and breed. Our team then finishes the design and adds the names. It's a cartoon, not a portrait. A first look, made by AI, may appear under your photo, without names. It isn't a proof, and there's nothing to approve.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Choose how many above Add to bag, and each piece costs less as you add more. Every one in that choice is made from the same photo, with the same names. For a different photo or names, start a new ornament.
What if my photo doesn't work?
We'll email you within 24 hours, before we begin, and making starts when a new photo arrives. No new photo within 14 days of our email? We'll cancel and refund you in full.
How do I care for it?
Peel off the protective film before you hang it. Then dust with a soft, dry cloth.
