What makes a good photo?
One photo, faces clear and in focus, in good light. People, pets, or both: up to about 8 faces read best. Everyone in frame if you can. Any background works: we cut around them. Phone photos are fine.
Which size should I choose?
The 3.15 in ball (80 mm) holds a 2.76 in (70 mm) photo and sits in your palm. The 3.94 in ball (100 mm) holds a 3.15 in (80 mm) photo. For a bigger family, the 3.94 in gives every face more room.
Can I order more than one?
Yes. Choose how many above Add to bag, and each piece costs less as you add more. Every one in that choice is made from the same photo. For a different photo, start a new ornament.
Is there water inside?
No. Your photo stands in white faux snow inside the clear ball, with three little trees.
What if my photo doesn't work?
We'll email you within 24 hours, before we begin, and making starts when a new photo arrives. No new photo within 14 days of our email? We'll cancel and refund you in full.
Can I add a gift box?
Yes, if you'd like. Tick “Add a gift box” above Add to bag and choose how many. They're $5 each.
How do I care for it?
