We'll email you within 24 hours, before we begin, and making starts when a new photo arrives. No new photo within 14 days of our email? We'll cancel and refund you in full.
How long until it arrives? Will it make Christmas?
Each charm is made to order, then ships with tracking. Order by Nov 20 for Christmas delivery. After that, we'll email you a printable card to give on the day, and your piece will follow.
How do I care for it?
Take it off to swim or shower, and keep perfume and lotion away. Silver Plated and 18K Gold Plated are plated brass, so they last longest kept dry. 925 Sterling Silver is silver all the way through. If it darkens a little, a soft cloth brings it back.
Will the cord fit?
Yes. The black polyester cord adjusts from 14 to 24 cm (about 5.5 to 9.4 in). Slide the knots to make it tighter or looser. Prefer a chain? The Bracelet Chain is sold separately.
